ENGRAVING
Our jewelry is not Stamped it is Hand Engraved by our talented engravers. No two letters or pieces are exactly alike as they are hand engraved which is what makes our collection so unique! View all the pieces in the Engraved Originals Collection to get a feel for the font.
If you are looking for a special "font" please email us with a photo and we will let you know if we can match it.
We are able to engrave anything you can imagine. Please email us with special requests and we will let you know if it is possible.
RETURNS
love2design jewelry is as unique & special as you are so we are unable to except returns. All orders must be paid for in advance this is standard practice for custom items.
By initialing the consent you are agreeing that all information you have supplied is accurate. Our jewelry is designed and manufactured right here in the United States. We stand behind our products 100% if the mistake is ours we will be happy to correct it.
LEATHER
We hope you wear your leather pieces often enough that we will need to replace the leather every now and then so we are happy to do it free of charge....you will just have to pay for shipping both ways! (excluding the double wrap and 7 wrap bracelets)
RING SIZING
Our rings were designed to have a comfort fit. We can do quarter sizes as well.To insure proper sizing we recommend you go to a local store and have your finger sized. Keep in mind that in hot weather fingers tend to swell a bit. Also keep in mind if ordering stacking rings the further up your finger the tighter they get. PLEASE remember it is easier for us to stretch a ring to make it bigger than to make it smaller.
NECKLACES
All necklaces made with leather, unless specified in description, come adjustable to be worn long or short. If you would like a clasp or a certain length please email us.
All our designs are shipped in our signature tie-dye bags. If you would like a personalized note included please email us.
